Before you write
- Licence key not working? A key works on one site at a time. If you have moved your site, tell us the old and new domain and we will re-point it.
- Nothing publishing? Check the plugin's Logs screen first — a failed AI provider key is the usual cause, and it is shown there.
- Billing or refunds? See the Cancellation & Refund Policy, then write with your order reference.
